The same time as the teaser is way to late for the guesses list. Considering at that point half of the update would have been revealed.
this is with the assumption they’re continuing what they did at Christmas: delaying the guess so they don’t ruin the hype and surprise.

They weren’t delaying anything, they where planing on not doing one for Christmas but other events made it happen.
That fact of the matter is even with them being latter then the first blog lately, if you make it to the teaser trailer without an educated guess list then their won’t be one period as there is no reason to post on by then as everything that would likely be on it has been effectively revealed.
