I noticed that the smoke and missile trails looks very realistic and appeared as if they had volumetric physics
I wanted to ask was it just a effect for the teaser to look good or is it actually going to be a feature being added for the next update
a good smoke physics would make war thunder so much better

You are kind of forgetting that it also works the other way around though, Link an AWACs to your SAM system and here goes your helicopter, even below the horizon.
But yes ARH seekers not performing anywhere close as they should is pure balancing, you are quite right. Although i’m starting to fail seing any balance in a vehicle hovering in plain sight and not being engageable by modern SAMs tbh (Multipath i understand for now though)
