Ok, I’ve gone, the last number of hours of posts(and watched the trailer), and here are my takeaways:

The trailer itself wasn’t anything to talk about.

As for stuff, I do have a bit more of a comment on:

Bomber cockpit! With that, the B-66 is even more interesting
CF-188! Well, I have not great feeling about its leaked placement, it’s interesting they only showed it, (as those same leaks talked about Aussie horents for the RT).

(even more leak stuff) If you ask me, it should have been a Dutch F-16 for SQV as the Belgians already have two, but supposedly this is the one with Magic’s and whatnot (and the Dutch got the last SQV). (still would like a Dutch F-16 at some point, but likely be premium now if one came…)

To be fair, teamkilling planes with bombs is kinda funny
But yeah, with actual bombers there at least is a feel of actual risk involved,

People using Spike/PARS helis just peek, launch and disappear and Kh-38 spammers only have to worry about getting down to the airfield

Spear-3s with SAL+GPS. But if people are freaking out about SAL Brimstone 2s, then I think Spear-3s would cuase them to have heart attacks.

Other than that its more GBU options which people seem to also be wierdly against as well

If i want to farm kills on planes with bombs i just use prem A10, easy money and it works so often lol, people need to laern to not fly low with the A10

If you’d get even somewhat decent in tanks you don’t even need CAS in any nation.

This so much, just because we can’t remove weaponry from planes doesn’t mean we should make top tier ground even worse.

I hate running out of likes.

SAL Brimstone 2s would be game breakingly OP?

Still be weaker than KH-38MT and AASM by no small margin.

Just instead of loitering for 60 seconds waiitng for impact, it would be more like 20-30 seconds.

They should make a ground gamemode that limits cas for people that hate it and a a nee gamemode for helis

In ASB/ARB where the targets are msotly static, yes.

Things like A-10Cs clearing 20 AI targets in a singel pass, whilst im doing maybe 1 at a time with Brimstone is really annoying

Yeah, exactly.

I think people are just against it because its the upgrade I want. If I start asking for a 27mm buff for the Typhoon (There is one) Im sure i would get accused of wanting to make the EFT OP

I dont want more advanced eeapons i can barely deal while playing 4 nations. Is that really a problem. The fact you’re also ignoring that the nations using these weapons have adequate SPAA is only hurting your argument even more. I want all nations to have equal SPAA before we start adding more CAS munitions that break the balance again. Germany unlike Russia with the Pantsir and KH-38MT only had the best SPAA not both. This is just having Russia 2.0 again but for 3 nations out of 10.

Yeah but he wants those weapons on better platforms while other nations only get the Gripen, its main nation suffers bias.

A better heli mode would be amazing, but a mode with limited CAS really isn’t needed.
Proper balance between anti air and CAS is what we need and you don’t achieve that by adding a mode with less or no CAS.

Ther, is, other, modes, besides, GRB.

In gamemodes like ASB you have battlefields of large numbers of static AI tanks. These can be wipe out in a single pass by something like the F-15E. EFTs only ever use the PW4 because its GPS guided and the Brimstone 1s are never taken.

MMW Brimstones would actually give us some parity with the GBU-39 in all contexts bar the convoys that do move. But no one would complain about those being wiped out much faster
