Instead, they could add the X-39, thermal imagers, and normal tuning of the X-29, and reduce the armament of NATO aircraft.

still not in fact the spyder AIO, its a spyder yes, but its not the all in one system.
There could have been different technical problems etcf that need to be solved for the 8 missle capability or else u could in fact already show me a spyder aio with 8 launchers
