Get those silly missile reports out of here, we need this one added:

The basic Su-30MKI would be pretty much as “unique” as an Aussie Hornet.
For in-game purposes a regular Su-30MKI would be a reskin of the Su-30SM

sure DARE is, but the post saying it will be integrated on the Su-30MKI is from some “insider”

No?

Different weapons
Different RWR

@Smin1080p_WT could you forward this? It should count as an Primary source as its from the Bmvg

also slightly worse unless they add some Indian missiles or something

(only gets the r-77 instead of the r-77-1)

yes

sure and how will that change anything, for War Thunder

Yes, without upgrades the Su-30MKI would be a Su-30SM with a different camo and name.

Upgrades?

The Su-30MKI came first

So not the correct wording

2000s su30mki were literally copy paste su30sm.

they have the RVV-SD now though dont they?

The Su-30SM came first in WT, sorry

that is the export name of the normal r-77

I’m also curious about the Mi-35P model mentioned in one leak that will come to both Russia and Japan. As an export model of the Mi-24P, its weapons or auxiliary equipments might be worse than the Mi-35M in Russian tech tree, and might be placed before the latter. In addition, the ‘Japanese’ Mi-35P, according to the leak source, seems to be an Indonesian one that doesn’t have 9M120 and has only 9M14 missiles, which might limit its BR to lower than 10.3. If its in-game performance is similiar to the original Mi-24P, then it might replace or supplement the existing AH-1S and support the JP 9.7 lineup.

In addition, if the information about the JP Mi-35P is true, this may mark another failure of Chinese players’ attempt to obtain Southeast Asian vehicles, which could have played a key role in their Tier 7/8 lineups. The Thai Oplot is gone, the Leopard 2RI will possibly go to JP, and the remaining vehicles available for CN sub-tree are becoming fewer than ever, which is particularly ironic when compared to sub-tree vehicles of other nations.

no thats the RVV-AE

RVV-AE is normal r-77 , SD is r77-1. india recently purchased more r77s in 2025 and it is believed that they pruchased rvv-sd so i think they have r-77-1
