In short. The Italian M60A1 used to have a stabilizer, but Gaijin found out that this was incorrect and removed the stabilizer, removed the M60A1 pack from sale and offered the people who bought it a discount on the OF-40 MTCA pack (I think it was 20-30% off, but could be wrong).
The playerbase wasn’t happy with this and so Gaijin took a different approach with the CV90105.

Yeah, it’s weird Gaijin just seem to have skipped them. I get there was more important aircraft to add, but there were also updates where USSR or China just got no aircraft at all where it would’ve been nice to see Su-30s
