I think gaijin can get more players for mobile if they reduce system requirements.

Honestly? Idk about needing a hesh rework, one of my favourite things to do when I’m bored is to play the Aubl74 Hesh only and rack up 3-5 kills a game, which imo is enough.
By the paperwork the L29 hesh would have 80mm of penetration, which I think is workable amount at 5.7 or so. The only real thing it would struggle with is some of the Russian heavies (IS-1 etc) and the American Super heavies (T-30 etc), unless you catch a lucky roof shot.
Though I don’t have anything on the explosive weight of L29 hesh, so can’t say how Overpressure would perform.
Given that you can only orange enemy crew and ammunition with rounds like the 165/183mm HESH when unlucky (and being unlucky seems fairly often), I would say we do need a fair bit of a rework lol. At least for the larger HESH rounds.
It always had the HMD, and updated HUD so it effectively already was.
Oh don’t get me wrong I think we need a hesh rework, I just don’t think a hesh rework is a prerequisite to Saladin and Scorpion being added to the game.
Highly doubt that and it certainly won’t be the F-22 or YF-22 like you said orginally. We barely are getting 4th gen early premiums now. By the time 5th gen comes out we will probably get something like the SU-37 for $110 or the F-16XL for the same price.
Since foldering is now a thing a fail to see why this is a problem. If you don’ t want it, don’t waste your time grinding it. Seems pretty simple. But to deny Aircraft coming to the game just because you deem it “unwarranted” isn’t the answer either.

Can you respond to the second more important part of my question.
I am not, but this was in the context of the discussion where some people were pushing for even more top tier US vehicles instead of lower rank ones for the next few updates. In the long-term of WT the USA should get at least 20 more aircraft at rank 7 or higher (a rank 9 is almost needed for the US at this point anyways), but currently it’s not warranted in my eyes. The US air tree is the most saturated at rank 7 and 8 of all countries in WT currently.
Foldering would be ideal for most of the US variants, I agree wholeheartedly with that.
