I have literally no problem with the bigger APDS, but the 30mm APDS is absolute trash from my experience
Still annoyed we dont have any of the US or Canadian LAV variants (outside of the LAV-AD) both the US and UK tree could fit them very nicely.
Also since they are related both variants of the 30mm Stryker.
9M and base model derby so it just ends up as a heavier F-16D with a MAWS.

I’m picking my targets and hitting weak spots usually and not firing willy nilly at targets, im sure you’re not either but theres definteiyl some targets to just avoid out right unless you’re in a bad situation. always trying to get to an enemies side or rear is usually what I do. I love flanking and get pissed off whenever gaijin touches maps and puts giant stupid red stuff everywhere or shrinks the map ever so slightly to “prevent spawn camping” when it just makes it worse looking at you Carpathians
according to the more creditable Chinese leaker, the A-4M has been leaked… again, to come this update, but the A-6E SWIP is also on that list so i wouldn’t fully trust it
While flanking my experience usually is that the APHE does the jobs much better. The lack of spall and volumetric being a b*tch really screws me over when using the APDS for anything but shots that absolutely require more pen.
Also barreling tanks feels much harder with APDS

funny thing is that there’s been a A-4M model for the US for a long while, like a year or 2 before Israel was even added to WT

Day Attack Harrier II. Those were the ones that came online in the mid-80s, and were in service during the first Gulf War in 1991 (as well as I believe military actions in South America in the late 1980s). Similar to the NA, but no FLIR, smaller LERXs, worse engine, and a different cockpit.

Yep. A theory of mine is that both the A-4N and early A-4M model were done by the same 3D modeller (and Gaijin tends to contract 3rd parties to make the actual models), and was possibly intended to come in Winged Lions but got canned for unknown reasons.
honestly, id just like to see more Gulf war era aircraft or at least equipment for aircraft, i feel like its kinda just skipped over in regards to aircraft with limited armaments such as the A-7Es and stuff

Not sure. I don’t think so (also has far less CMs than the NA, as the top-mounted 4x ALE-39s weren’t fitted until the Night Attack modification in the mid-1990s).

It was already mentioned earlier, but I confirmed with Gszabi that it’s a misdirect/“false” leak, just like the A-6E SWIP is. The leaker includes those on their leak list as sort of a “calling card”.

Yeah, I’m still fairly salty about that too lmao. A-4M should’ve been added awhile ago, and in a different configuration to how it appeared in the files many years ago.

I’m not saying for UK, I’m saying the planes themselves sound fun. But obviously I stand my ground that Indian jets of French and Soviet origin don’t belong in the British tree and should go to their own nation
