If gaiin does this it would actually make me start grinding the japan air tree
Currently it just feels like alot of american copy-paste so im not interested in it imo the most interesting vehicle is the F-2 basically which is just a F-16 on steroids
But getting SU-30/27 or the rafale would change that (still copy paste but more interesting atleast)
and the KF-21/KAAN would both be aircraft id want although japan does have tempest on the way too

I know they don’t use community created polls, and I think it’s stupid. What is the reason for giving the community the option to create polls, if you aren’t even going to use them for anything? Why in the world is the T58 going to be some premium pack? Should we not have acted so positively to it when it was first leaked, so that Gaijin didn’t know it was a vehicle a large group of people wanted, so they could then sell it as a premium?

Seems like Britain will also be able to experience the absolute “fun” of flying a 14.0 Hornet.
I mean the only true copy paste is the F-30 sabres (basically just an F-25 sabre) the others even the regular EJ (EJ is the only phantom E without agile eagle iirc) are all unique to Japan either with unique weapons or upgrades or the rest actually being domestic.
Eh i guess you can count F-104J as Copy paste but overall i would say Japans tree is mainly domestic and or foreign jet aircraft unique to them.

I’d like to see @DanPogan’s models in-game. They’re very high quality with full interior and armor layout, and can be downloaded from WTLive. Also, since he noted it, @KoRoBoCHkA_2’s help in making them.
We had an attempt to send that model to the devs, but it was a long time ago. From Dan’s words, there was some little quality issues with the old model, so in-game model is a revised version at least, or even made from scratch.
Old model has met all the poly-limit requirements, but there’s still a lot of ERA modules present (hella ton of polys yk), so I’m sure they will be cut off. But IDK how much stuff they have changed. First thing I see, it’s extra ERA block on the turret roof, I’m sure there will be some reports in future.
- Haven’t seen anything from him since 2022, hope he’s alright.

Yeah lol all the nations that could come as independent trees in the game are having less and less chances as time passes because their vehicles are being added to existing trees… Same goes for India and others. At this point we gotta accept that none of the nations we want will ever come and they’ll end up as premiums in random trees

Nooooo! I was looking forward to the T58. It was few vehicles I was looking forward to, that wasn’t the Canadian stuff. I guess it can’t be helped but I’ll still be sad as I won’t be able to get it.
Two Aussie hornets? If the UK is getting a premium one I hope it one of these and not the singular CF-188. (It would be better to lose one of the ones getting two to unattainium then the one only getting one)

I mean yeah those aircraft are technically unique but i meant it more as Its just another variant of an american aircraft with really not that much different from the originals plus in some cases are literally worse
Like why would i want to go grind the F-15 EJ when i already have every other F-15?
the FM isnt really any better and the missiles are more or less the only difference and imo its not enough
thats what i mean when i say its alot of just american copypaste
Only the F-2 is truly unique because its a entirely new aircraft basically even if its based on the F-16

There were Israeli, Swedish and even Chinese vehicles in other trees at some point. It means nothing. They just were removed from sale while the owners kept them. Some are still on the market.

It can be helped though, if Gaijin just sets aside their greed. Absolutely no reason for the T58 to be a premium, just like there was no reason for XM8 or CCVL to be event vehicles. Why must we keep getting screwed over? The T58 would most likely be 8.3, it would be miles better than the T95E1, with the exception of speed. Is this why they lock it away?
I really hope the community steps up or something, I can only complain so much. I just wish Gaijin would stop doing this, can’t even get a single update where everything is free. I wouldn’t be so mad if they had made the T54E1 free, but in my eyes because the T54E1 is a premium, the T58 shouldn’t be.

In a way sure i disagree but i respect your opinion. My reasoning is simply that the few American stuff they do have is unique to them. Like with the F-15J the domestic rwr, domestic weapons, and being lighter by a little bit then the C is unique also a future F-15J with built in IRST on the nose will be unique.
Tho ironically thai and Indonesia would also just be copy and paste to some extent just not American.

I’m going to ask a possibly stupid question, but what does the F-16I add to the israeli tree that makes it different from the current F-16C/D?
From the suggestion it seems to have a better engine and the ability to mount CFTs, are those the only differences (assuming we aren’t getting next gen IR missiles)?
F-106 was event, T58 is going to be a premium, UK is getting 3 F-18s, Qing-6 a premium, M-55S a Slovenian tank that has nothing to do with Russia is possibly going to Russia??
