as for the Gun on the Zastava, it looks to just be a longer barrelled KAD, which is currently on the R3 T20 FA-HS and the TPK 6.41

Well. That depends on what subject we look at.
Military equipment wise? Meh, mostly just trade.
Politically? Heck nah. Yugoslavia was in between the blocs and had a very neutral stance.
Plus most yugo nations never even remotely considered themeselves to be in any way similar to how russians worked, despite the okayish relations.
Let’s hope it’s the howitzer in the list and not the NATO-centered M-55 modernization
