That’s a pretty different situation. Hungary is the only real operator of KF41 technically, but as that expands in the future that could change ingame.
KF51 is planned to come into service with Germany and possibly Italy though at similar times so
make Boris buy those if you want them?

Nah, in my opinion only Germany and France have rights to a TT Panther.

“Often requested” only applies to the US and to unpopular additions (cough India cough)
unlike france, Russia hasnt taken the Panther as their Main Tank for a short time after WWII
Firstly the USSR already has a Premium Panther.
Secondly, their Panther is captured equipment during wartime, wheras the French Panthers were postwar service vehicles.
