The Fury seen in the movie isn’t exactly a historical one, they can claim copyright over it. The tank ‘fury’ is a concept created by that company.

That’s literally what copyright is in some extreme cases. Although some nations do not accept copyright of other nations.

in germany you can copyright designs, any designs, without any background check with a 2 week Veto time
so if you for example claimed that you Designed M5x45 Cylinder Bolts and nobody complained in time you have the right to stop all imports and production of these bolts or get license fees from everyone that uses them
