My dude it was by far the best and easiest to use heavy tank at 7.0, hell you could even argue the best 7.0 tank in general.
Even with the reload buff it is still incredibly good. Asking for it to move to 6.7 is truely criminal.

Reload rates have always been a soft balance tool, not restricted by historical speeds. This is not new.
You can make an appropriate thread in the correct place or ask in any of the appropriate topics. Either way, your question has been answered, so the off topic stops here.
Spamming bug reports will just get you banned from the bug report site. This was an intentional balance change. And thus is not reportable. You can leave BR suggestions when the next BR topic comes around. Spamming wont lead to any changes im afriad.

On the topic of the recent updates, is there any reason the american F-5A and Thai F-5A still have the impossible 60+30 CM loadout? Seen as the NF-5A got changed to a historical 30+15 CM. Also, can we expect to see the 30+15 CM as an option for other aircraft using two AN/ALE-40 CM launchers?

The NF-5 was the only one reported as incorrect to my knowledge. Hence why it was changed. If the others are incorrect, they can also be reported.

I’d love to see functional ship searchlights along with those. Though last time I heard they weren’t planning on functional searchlights.

Last time i made a post in the correct section regarding why top tier is full of tiny maps and why gaijin removes flank routes it went nowhere. Should i expect an official reply from a dev with every forum post i make ? Perhaps you understand now why im asking you directly instead of making a thread which gets a grand total of 0 responses from officials.
There are better ways to ask and more appropriate places than spamming the wrong topic.
No, unfortunately you cannot respect a response to each and every question you have. Sadly we cant answer everything from everyone. Its not a reason to spam the wrong places however.
