The 25-pdr should have AP & HE, and both were common rounds.
It also has APDS (as at least Canada & the UK have made a prototype of this shell, for what I recall from reading up on it). And then there is your, HESH.
Well I doubt the French got the AP round for it IRL, so then alecto MK3 could be good with AP

I have absolutely no clue on the actual explosive mass, would have to do more research but for sure I would love to see all 3 ingame
