it’s not like the F/A-18C will be much better at CAS than the EFT. At least the EFT can use it’s great speed and manouvrability. The Hornet will generally just be a free kill for most of the new SAMs if they get a missile off.

No, it’s not. Laser guided weaponry doesn’t even begin to cut it at top tier.

But the french battleship Richelieu might be BR 7.3 because worse than battleship late WW2 ~ early cold war era

So far, every BB they’ve shown is on a tree which I don’t have at all. I am happy for their players, but… I would love to see something within my grasp, hahah.

mavs can’t really track moving targets beyond ~12km. So all the SPAA has to do is move and boom, mav missed.
and if the hornet gets within that 12km it’s even more dead.
honestly there really isnt a reason for swiss hornets in the german tree other then gaijin wanting a lazy copy and paste option instead of fixing the EFT

Yeah, it’s hard to compare to FnF CAS, but it’s a stretch to say Germany has no capable top tier CAS, and even british and italians spawn EFT instead of Gripens at top tier.

What are some special upgrades for it? I am not very familiar
you dont need to babysit brimstones the entire time, it takes more skill but you can use IOG for the majority of the flight and pop up near the end

that is fair. To be fair I don’t mind more free kills in my future CS/SA5 and Spyder AiO, so I don’t mind Germany getting a Hornet.
Will be fun showing the German mains how much they have been overrating it.

EFT CAS may not be the most effective, but it is the most exciting off all top tier because of the playstyle, plus its a great fighter and carrying 12 BMST still allows for 6 amraams
