Ngl i can fully expect that we start seeing cruise missiles get properly added if we get long range SAM’s. Only thing that can really compete with them for range
There is the argument that you’ll be able to fly under the radar against them, but ARM would be the better option
Even just the threat of ARM and thus having to switch your radar off regularly would balance things quite a bit

Ok i fact checked the 20km and its wrong, but i found something saying it should have more range due to more modern systems

Wolfpack is a Stryker which is based off LAV 3 both are offshoots of LAV 3 but not the same kind. It’s like 2 branches extending in different directions from the same tree

Cruise missiles would let you attack stuff other than just purely SPAA from a more survivable range ifbwe get these 40km SAM’s
Stryker is based on the LAV-3 which is Canadian not the American so they don’t get claims to all Canadian LAVs it would be like saying the US gets claims to all Gen 1 harriers

Arena-M is specifically advertised as being able to deal with top attack munitions. And I might be wrong, but I am fairly certain they call out Javelin and Spike by name in a couple of their advertising videos. Assuming it’s elevation detection is good enough, based on the video of its intercept of a horizontal munition, there is no reason to assume it wouldn’t be just as capable against those threats. And this is coming from someone who loves to dunk on Russian capabilities.

I agree with you and trust me I would 100% rather see the LAV’s in the british tree but the lav has much more connections to the US imo

First gen ones have a British turret on them but that’s about it
In specific the Stryker ADATS is Canadian, it is still rooted in the collaboration between the US and Canadia and the Swiss, with the US producing the turret and missiles. Granted Stryker ADATS is a further development done by the Canadians for more enhanced capabilities
