Fun fact: We already have IIRs in game, the Ty-90 (and even PL-5EII, also, as it uses the same seeker), both are IIR irl. I think there’s technically some more but, yeah.
Gaijin models them the same way they do ever other IRCCM method they don’t feel like modeling, gatewidth + tracking suspension (or just gatewidth in the 5EII’s case).
the surface area of a map 130 km by 130 km is 16,900 km²
Malvinas have a total surface area of approximately 12,173 km²
If you travel diagonally, from one tip to the other, it’s almost 185 km.
bro all the SAMs being added right now would be playable, they are not going to be static things they were really clear with finding a way or mechanic to introduce them as playable vehicles also in the leak list of mike if you saw IRIS-T SLM ----- GER (PR) the “PR” part is for passive radar most likely and this means it would be 2 vehicles the main battery and the radar.
The best theory i’ve seen is a much narrower gate width than we have already in game combined with maybe seeker shutoff or push ahead or something to create a “dual-IRCCM” seeker.
But I was really surprised the SLS devblog had nothing for this
Still want that carrier battle, since there will probably never be another one, so this is the closest moment to an all deck carrier to carrier engagement in post war history and likely the last
Just get both sides CATOBAR(ark royal and forrestal) and allow any nations any naval aircraft at the same BR to participate
VT-1 is worthless imo for air, even playing sweden or US im pulling CAP over SPAA, SPAA is basically worthless whereas i have multirole aircraft to do far more for my team. Imo your argument is irrelevant especially considering you’re ignoring the main use for the ADATS being anti tank (when it wants to work lol)
