Yeah the Comanche is a genuine surprise. With a “cool US helicopter” being teased + the Cheyenne being in a leaklist + passed to the devs the same month + being in the files for ages, everything was pointing towards it. Guess the Cheyenne is staying in CDK jail for longer now. (But Comanche is still a very cool addition.)
Stealth is a much bigger factor in RTS games as opposed to stuff like war thunder or ARMA that has arbitary eyeball mk1 renedering systems, so I look forward to them in broken arrow lol

Honestly, even in WT it will be decently strong since it will be far harder to detect with weapon bays closed

why would germany get a british SAM from a nation that isnt their sub and have zero tanks or planes from?
Umkhonto is also an option for the UK.
Sure it may only be detected by, say, 6km on ITO/pantsir/HQ radar, but im pretty sure their players can see a big black dot that looks like a comanche and a hellfire heading for them

Honestly the worst thing with Comanche is gonna be the fact it has zero countermeasures so you are pretty much dead if anyone locks you

They have the 2PL, Considering there’s quite a few options for the UK, Id rather start to be able to make a Polish line up than increase the size of the UK SAM line up.

Well if you don’t want the stealth advantage, you can bring external ones, 14 in total iirc. That’s not too much of a disadvantage, but given it’s not 16, and it doesn’t have fire and forget munitions (bc gaijin’s allergic to the AGM-114L but not the KH-38MT) it would likely sit at 12.0. Given we have 12.3 helis now, it makes sense it would sit there as they said they won’t have any premiums at the top most BR.
Perhaps, but I’d rather it be an event vehicle or TT than a premium. It’s a one of a kind vehicle with a characteristic no other vehicle that could be added to War Thunder would have. Hate to see that behind a paywall.
