According to Oxy submarines won’t be happening in normal games due to how slow they are and how limited their ammo is, so it would just not be fun.
The event they appeared in was tailored for them so it was fun, but that would not be the case in normal games.
And frankly he has a point, either the naval game modes get a complete makeover or the subs only exist in their own event/mode. Compared to the battleship speeds, the average speed of a sub is half of the BB or even a quarter when submerged.
Having a dedicated place to play them would be nice, but I do think players should still be given the choice to play them in NAB/NRB/NEC. Slow speed could just be mitigated with a forward spawn point(s).
The Ram with OQF 3.7 AA was project for self-propelled anti air. It’s only in the UK tree.
That doesn’t exist, well in real life any ways. Nothing more than paper name for a US tested Ram after tested was completed.
It’s more correct to say the Sherman looks like the Ram as the Ram is older than the Sherman. Production started on a couple months before.
As for why the UK got the Ram? Well it was one of its three operators in real life. Those being Canada, the UK and the Netherlands.
So I don’t know why you guys are equating an unoperated prototype, to a vehicle finally being given to the only nation that actually has any connection to it in game.
