I really wouldn’t care. All that matters is that it gets added to the game, not stroking nation main egos.

Hell last update I also said that I would be fine if the Hornet wouldn’t get much focus in the teaser, hell I still think it got too much focus.

From what I seen in leaks discord I can guess 3 hornets, 2 swiss and 1 finish.

Most likely:
Baseline fa18, fa18 ug21 for swiss
fa18c mlu 2 for Finland

Also f2 will more than likely come.

But that’s all I can say for air for now

We can hope for things like super hornet or f16 with Aesa for us.

There is a back seat and there is total lack of anything.

Especially as not everyone really likes ground.

Though, a refinement of mechanics for existing things, like adding MMW weapons, might be more beneficial than anything strictly speaking new

Same argument didn’t stop them from seriously neglecting ground and naval last year, because also not everyone likes air.

However it seems like there are now more Ground matches played than air matches.

My checklist for stuff the F-2 should do in the teaser is:

  • Be in the teaser in the first place
  • Actually fly, don’t just have it stuck on the ground (bonus if it’s over water)
  • Do any maneuver (bonus if it’s decoupled yaw)
  • Show either the cockpit, the radar screen specifically or have it engaged in air combat. Either works depending on how they do it.
  • Fire an ASM, if we get any (bonus if it destroys something)

To do all of this they need a minimum two scenes of F-2 for a couple of seconds each. So I guess if they do this right it doesn’t have to be the main focus to be a worthy teaser for the F-2 and can be mainly centered around the naval and SAM content added.

Depends on what you classify as new.

And regardless, the L-39ZA and F-2A have been leaked, so air players aren’t getting nothing.

A Czech? Trainer (god knows what tree that will go to) and the F-2 is not a lot.

But anyway, hopefully we can get some buffs / new features for existing aircraft if nothing else. Like the Typhoon is underperforming loads

The armor will be fine, and yes it jas decent rate of fire.

The penetration will most likely be meh however, and that’s quite an issue
