Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

yup

issue is, Iowa will mainly fight russia i’d guess

I mean, not that it matters too much for now, naval is currently quite mixed.

By the time we get there, we will most likely get submarines, and that’s the final nail in the coffin for an Iowa. AFAIK, it is not equipped for anti submarine warfare

Cant wait to get into my kommuna (which already cant pen things over 10km in an uptier) and face the pinnacle of the Japanese navy lol.

“Oh you dare play a ship u find fun? Enjoy my literal raygun mf” (fun is probably situational here)

I hope the MFD changes aren’t just 2 new weapon stores pages. While still nice I’d love some actually usable pages like working TGP screens or some working map pages with slew controls. But knowing Gaijin it’s definitely a weapon stores page for new aircraft.

That 's a fun thing I’ve been thinking abt. The Q&A which originally mentioned it as a possibility was phrased in a way which implies it 's possible if the Bismarck classe are not strong enough to be matched w/ Yamato and Iowa. ( btw, that article was published before Scharnhorst was ingame )

But now it seems like it 's appearing alongside them as an equal, or something similar to equivalency w/in the BR system. If that turns out to be true, then it might be entirely possible we could never see it ingame - it wouldn’t be necessary to bring balance, so adding it would be subtractive from balance.

There was a leak of visual models a few days ago, it was one of the ships to appear:

So, any ideas what blog we will get today? (00:17 am here, hence today)

and that its for all nations and not just a handful

Your clock is set an hour fast :P

So is E-100 a blueprint tank cause only its hull was finished?
Just because something isn’t finished doesn’t make it blueprint.
And if bad-bad Germans didn’t bomb the living travesty that was Kron’s drydock it would’ve been completed.

And I don’t think it’s wise to defend any bombing of dry docks as a means to prevent vehicles from coming to War Thunder, especially by bad-bad groups.

I do be living in the future gang

Whats the weather like tomorrow then?

That counts as production when it comes to naval. 10,000 man hours for a tank/plane vs 3 million for a battleship. Paper for naval is something that never made it to laying the keel.

Swedish or Italian meatballs?

“MFD changes” seems to broad to be for just one aircraft

Both, both is good

I hope the F-2 gets it’s MFD display mode which has unified datalink + RWR + Radar/FLIR target locations

Probably more real life accurate MFDs for more jets
