This game is not ready for ships like yamato or Iowa. Maps are way to small, historically the exact destruction of the yamato was caused by planes and in the current game it is impossible to fly a plane within 2 kilometers of a ship, and also grinding all ships is frustrating and boring, not to mention that in every naval realistic battles match there are at least 6 to 11 bots. Shame
didnt it also get the Osa?
you’re right I forgot it it made me so sick that I removed it from my memory
That’s how I felt about what Israel and Japan received last update, hopefully they receive better treatment with this next update, but so far I’m not impressed with what Israel is getting.
I was hoping with the ram they would certainly improve its armor but at least the markava survives longer with the ram where you shoot you enter
Of course, I’ve sometimes have had to use laser guided bombs and the fact that you have to basically fly over the enemy is the worst. I meant if 18 missiles would be too much if the MMW seeker were to be added, as they’d be 18 fire and forget missiles (as far as I’ve understood).
I do agree with Morvran here, although it’d be logical to reduce the number of Brimstones for balance in GRB/GSB, it wouldn’t do any damage in ASB as there’s already the 20 GBU-39s with the F-15E/I both in GRB and ASB (though this one’s a bit different as they’re not guided via MMW/IR/TV/EO/anything that relates to homing to a moving target).
F4C vs J7D J35XS MIG21 LAZUR M F4EJ is pain
F4C is pain still cause they moved the op things down AGHHHHH
I think they’re gonna give us the MMW Brimstones in some capacity at least after these new SPAA’s, the new CAS landscape for Eurofighter looks very bleak otherwise.
GBU-39s are still good when it comes to wiping out the enemy vehicles that aren’t moving though.
I can think of 2 solutions
-
Have SP cost change based upon number equipped. So taking 6 on the Typhoon and maybe 9 on the Tornado, wouldnt cost anymore than any other FnF AGM does currently, but taking more has a significant and exponential increase in the SP cost. So if 6 cost 300 SP then 9 would cost 500, 12 would cost 900, etc etc.

Restricted loadouts, so you can equip the brimstone mounts on any of the 6 hardpoints but if you tried to spawn into a GRB match with more than 2 (or maybe 3 on the Tornado Gr4) the game wouldnt let you spawn in with that loadout, but isnt applied to airmodes, where you can have whatever loadout you want (this could also be used for more advanced weapons in the future to restrict them to specific gamemodes or quantities)
Fingers crossed they do something. Otherwise Typhoon is DOA if there is more than 1 IRIS-T SLSs up, let alone IRIS-T SLMs
Bare minimum is historically accurate Brimstone 2s
That would actually be the best, because the only way you’re going to survive against something like an SLM is firing at a range where the missile is still being guided by TWS and hasn’t switched to terminal guidance yet, because once the IR seeker is on you’re cooked with how much energy it has.
what Hunter Mk.58 have?
that Hunter F.58 does not have?
Yep, if no MMW. Then SAL Brimstone 2s for the Typhoon and Tornado and then GPS+SAL Spear-3s for the Typhoon as well to give us some form of GPS standoff
IFRC its an earlier model of the one we already have in game ?
People said it has no Aim-9P no maverick and no flares so…
so its a teethless Hunter? maybe it is begin of Swiss planes in the german tech tree
