Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

In specific the Stryker ADATS is Canadian, it is still rooted in the collaboration between the US and Canadia and the Swiss, with the US producing the turret and missiles. Granted Stryker ADATS is a further development done by the Canadians for more enhanced capabilities

Wait is MMEV Stryker or LAV 3?

Multi Mission Effect Vehicle. Yea, they truly wanted a jack of all trades.

ehhhh just because the US derived their own variants I wouldn’t say they have claims to things like LAV-3 or LAV-6

I agree with all you guys that the LAV’s could go to britain but knowing gaijin i just think it will go to America if it comes

Stryker is the American name for LAV 3 IIRC

Not even a blog yet…

Fair and balanced

As far as im aware theres no real differences between the 2, except the most recent modifications done by the Americans

Yeah, the turrets are different but hulls are similar or same depending on variant I think.

Considering the hull has markings in, french, i can bet is is LAV III

Fwiw, the latest round of testing and modifications to Arena-M came from trials against captured Javelin’s in top-down attack mode, and the system seems to be getting prepared for deployment in greater numbers, from the T-14 down to the BMP-3. UVZ has picked up the pace on it unexpectedly, and it works even better than it seems it originally did.

does the US use a cannon armed Stryker? Ive only ever see the RWS

This is because all LAV’s are produced in Canada

They have 2 versions with different 30mm turrets no? (Excluding the shorad).

One revealed more recently iirc.
