I think the ‘problem’ is that in a hypothetical case that Gaijin had assorted slots for vehicles to be added, say, for example, 4 SPAAs, 4 MBTs, 4 Planes, 4 Ships, and 4 Helicopters (to keep it simple), then if China (which has a 11.0/3 counting the HQ) gets an SPAA, that would mean that instead of 4 new SPAAs, there would only be 3 new SPAAs. Considering that some other nations ‘might’ need those, it’d be a bit of an unnecessary addition (not that it is, I think we should at least get good SPAAs in all nations). Also, why would you need another SPAA if you have already been presented with one? Patience, they’ll be added over time.

It’s just incredibly, understatement, stupid to say that China shouldn’t be getting CS/SA5 because some other nation didn’t receive whatever.

And I put ‘hypothetical’ in the post, meaning that ‘if it were the case’. I never, and never will, assume how development works because I don’t work there.
