Yeah due to that he was terrible, in fact ngl I would rather have BvvD and Oxy together. I know we like to joke about BvvD sitting in Russia for most of the stream but at least he give us info that we never would of gotten.
The APG-70 was used by the F-15C? I thought it was only the F-15E that used it… In any case though, the APG-71 is still better than the 70. With vastly more range and all those Air-to-Ground resources put to Air-to-Air focused stuff like tight notch angles and stuff.
I don’t doubt the ALQ-135 was integrated. I was just saying the F-15E/C’s lack of IRST and TCS to help the Radar and RWR naturally make it inferior. This translates to EW/ECM too.
Before 1991 and later in 1991 F-15 is clear winner though. Only for a couple months F-14D was dominant

When i looked at Eldenhet 98 (Giraffe 1X) i needed to look it up. It is a nice lunch SAM box. But when i looked up the missles it has i wonder where it will be as the range is 10-12km (So same as ItO), but it suppose to have greater manouvrable. So, dont know at what BR it should be if they will add it

Sabrah honestly gives me Booker vibes.
Both are like, taking a Merk/Abrams, weakening the armament, weakening the armour dramatically, somehow keeping the thing huge, and somehow ending up with an even worse HP/T for all this sacrifice.
(I get the whole irl logistics / cost angle but I’m just viewing it from a WT lineup viability perspective)

It should be a death sphere but most things will outrange it.
It’s key purpose will be to figure out the best way to model/balance IIR seekers which clearly wont be modeled like they are IRL as they would be too OP

Like you said, probably a death sphere, but in range of 12km…and with top tier CAS having ordinaces that has longer range of launch then 12km its pretty much…ehhhh how to even say it.
