You exchange bein able to carry F&F munitions with having tons of munitions for both A2G and A2A while having the best flight model.
Therefore UK doesnt need anything to fill the gap, especially F-18 Hornet.
I NEVER stated that they needed it, jesus dude.
Not once, I simply stated that they CAN get it, and what it provides IF they get it.

@Smin1080p_WT just a quick question, the external lights for aircraft was passed to devs, any chance we are seeing it this update? And are there any improvements regarding “the look” of vehicles might come?
nobody is saying they need it, so your comments are a waste of time and they’re being directed at me for some baffling reason.
I mean, we’ve even been told that vehicles may end up not being added when they aren’t needed (Indian Rafale). So I am pretty sure Britain not needing a Hornet would make it very unlikely for Britain to get one.

Try and get 6 kills in a single pass with a Typhoon without exposing yourself to SAM or ground fire.
It’s impossible 2 is the most you can get Brimstones are nothing more than laser guided rockets.
You use them close range and put yourself at risk.
A Rafale or an F-15 or a Su-34 can fly lock 6 targets in complete safety fire off missiles and if they chose to RTB and do it again.
But there has to be a moment where we need to lock this thread down for a breather, it’s the same people keep day dreaming and getting people into arguments.
At the end of the day it’s up to gaijin what they want too add
Arguably they shouldn’t be able to do that in the first place and I still don’t see why the Typhoon being unable to do so would be an issue.
but it would be a perfectly fine addition? If we limited additions to only “what is needed” by a nation, we’d stop adding vehicles.

True. This update can’t release soon enough, and not because there are exciting vehicles I want to play lol.
(Let’s be honest, the ground vehicles will most likely be mostly boring filler anyway)
The last time the F-18 was asked for in need was when the CF-188 was being asked for in competition with SAAF Gripen C with for UK’s new top-tier jet just over a year ago.
Now it’s less of needs, and more it would be nice/could happen/asked for by those from the operator nations of the possible variants.

I agree FNF CAS is broken but it is unfair to allow other nations that capability and deny others.

And thats why you can carry more ammunitions than any other top tier jet, including A2A munitions as well.
I got both UK and German Typhoon and never had once issue against enemy SAM’s, in fact actual enemy fighter jet posses more threats than enemy SAM units.
And lets not forget bein able to spawn with 18 Brimstones+ A2A missiles literally cost less than other top tier jets who has F&F munitions.
But i guess Typhoon needs to be able to annihilate entire battlefield with 18 F&F Brimstone…
