Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

Leopard 2 is like the F-16 of tanks, everyone should get one, it’s like a consolation prize of a tank

Idk the EFT’s look great and somw of the F4F irl look awesome.

Is your name a ace combat reference?

Its the result of klausmaffei and rheinmetal renown, quality and “lobbying efforts”

I’ll shot straight.

In air- randoms or air assault- I’m unicum.

On ground I’m a tomato and always last.

I don’t care about ground just want to give my Nihongobros something for the ground so I get some new toys to fly around.

Dont let the golden snail smile upon you

Can’t beat the D Day camo for the RAF Typhoon

I would like to show you the Baron Spirit of the Eurofighter …

Can’t bring myself to like their looks. I’ve made fun of both but the rafale is by far the better looking one imo

I prefer the Battle of Britain camo tbh

Their only domestic Tanks are IFVs, of which only one is top tier worthy. MBT wise, they only have AMX-13/SM-1 (kinda) and Leopard 2SG (3-4 variants). There is also the mythical Tempest MBT, but there is not enough information about it, to be even considered.

Isn’t Japan lacking more in top tier IFV than top tier tank? Or do I have it backwards

I’m going to be frank, the BfB is better as it doesn’t have the ugly strips.

Why the huge decals tho?

Japan lacks IFVs yes, but also MBTs (unless we consider more Type 10 sub batches as new vehicles) and SAM. There is a new Type 10 variant in development, but as with F-15JSI; its up in air when its even becoming a thing and how it looks like at the end.

I mean when your options for tanks are from the US and their very strict controls over the vehicle, the British which is so heavy you’d need to redesign your entire road system to use, the French (derogatory), and then, the Germans with a proven, modular, easily available, mass produced workhorse.

It’s not much of a choice, I mean theres a reason we’re getting them to do half the work on the Chally 3
