I still wish they gave the Raam Segol some form of missile detection using it’s radars though, it would have made it a unique and somewhat interesting premium.
Now it’s just a Merkava Mk.3D with some fancy non-functional 3D decorations.

lemme check something, because I remember this thing having an working missiles warning
Just tested it in the test drive, only has LWS which all Merkava Mk.3s and Mk.4s have. Got no warning at all from the M901 TOW missile.
But there is no missile detection on the raam segol

I am aware, because I also went in test drive with it, but I remember seeeing it got the files for the (MAW)
I remember they were screwing around with the idea on the dev server for a little bit when it released. It even had the radars modeled in xray view.
I was hopeful at the time, but I guess it was either too difficult to model or they just got lazy and forgot.

There was a bug with lift when they tried to model them which caused people to break gear on takeoff.
People didn’t whine about the limiter itself.
On the dev stream BVVD said testing showed that automatic smoke deployment and turret rotation were not very practical. Instead, they plan to add a radar/sensor display in the future. This will let players see the approximate location of an incoming missile and manually rotate the turret towards it

I mean when the F-16A first came out, people did complain about a G limiter, it didn’t have a G limiter, but people still complained about it having one.
