Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

I know. I said that it did.

oh I misread it. Sorry.

Germany is just cursed lmao.

Took them 4 years to get a single equivalent of a tank Sweden had 3 variants of.

I have no idea how Germany still doesn’t have at least another uparmored hull Leopard.

Then again, most nations are still missing counterparts to even that, so… meh. Not like 2024 has done much to change that either, Leopard 2A7HU being literally the only MBT added over the course of the entire year.

That being said, I almost prefer 3rd Gen thermals over hull armor, so I would be happy if Germany got Leopard 2A6M3 hahah. (And base 2A7, if it has them- I am still not sure whether it’s suppossed to have them or not.)

I literally don’t play Sweden just because of the 1st Gen gunner thermals.

Best would be Leopard 2A6EX(2/2 thermal) and Leopard 2A7+(3/3 thermal). Especially when later one is just Leopard 2A7HU, it is easy to just copy paste and give to Germany.

Yep! Those are possibilities indeed.

I was looking for actual service vehicles, but those would definitely be the very best possible ones from a technical point of view.

What could even be added to top tier german aur anymore? I don’t feel like there is much.

A more advanced Eurofighter variant for the future pinnacle and a Swiss F-18.

Oh, and F-35A, whenever 5th Gen comes.

Yes, up there, but not the worst.

Ariete still exists

Israel with no light tanks after 6.7 and the Namers are equally handicapped in a lot of ways.

Still better than having to rely on the Otomatic, or worse, the Imp Chaparral.

AH Mk.1 is still better than the helis from multiple other nations.

It already has look at the nations developing Gen 6 programmes.

Ariete is superior more meta high mobility and a 5 second reload for DM-53

Israel hace the the NAMER.

Merkavas are also bad probably edges a CR2 though.

Chap is also bad but it is 9.7 and not a top tier sam system. Israel havent had one added yet.

Any Heli without FNF suffers unless its a very fast missile like a Vikhrs.

It’s the Block 6 that no longer uses the Hughes seeker

I have a question: Is Mike so provoked that he won’t be leaking in the future?

it would be a early one if start this week.

it’s still early, we will see.

Lmao, just lmao. The only mobile ariete is the AMV, just like Britain has the CR2E

Which is similarly handicapped as the desert warrior. Namer is just pretty mid at best for their BRs. I would argue that the Namers and desert warrior are pretty equally useful (or useless) at 12.0.

Yeah they haven’t had a top tier sam system for the last 3 years.

Not really. Helis are much cheaper to spawn than planes and the trade-off should be the inherently higher risk of getting shot down. Not like that risk is that big to begin with as long as there is no competent SAM user on the enemy team.

FnF on Helis is a huge crutch and arguably shouldn’t be a thing to begin with, as it just completely negates the risk imposed by SAMs and SPAAs.

hellfire equipped helis are some of the easiest helis to farm, it’s honestly relaxing.

That’s because most heli players think that hovering and relying on their MAWS and/or RWR is enough to be safe.

That looks cool

Why cant we have unusual planes like this and call the update abominations of the sky lol

even though it looks amazing

Laziness? They outsource 90% of the work lol.
