That would be the way to remove a vehicle from the game without having to refund players the cost.
It’s effectively a soft ban on playing the vehicle without having to take it off of people who already have it.
I’m not saying it’s right but it’s the best way for them to effectively remove the vehicle from the game.

Though it’s br still hard to judge, I’d say it’s not such a op vehicle like HSTV, it has many problems like depression, mobility, survivability, brings pain to both players and enemies.
