Not copy and paste. each report got more refined. With the final report showing page numbers and everything. Shot it down didn’t even look at it
I don’t know the exact numbers, but if you adjust the radar sensitivity to real numbers and RCS of aircraft, then in principle this will not particularly affect the detection and capture range at distances in the game of tank battles. As far as I know, the Pantsir S1 radar is very sensitive and can detect targets with an RCS of 0.001 m ^ 2. The sensitivity of the Tunguska is enough to capture a target with an RCS of 0.5-1 m ^ 2 at a distance of 12-15 km (perhaps the sensitivity is even much better). Probably only the radar of the earliest SPAAs such as the Shilka can experience problems with detecting aircraft.
At the moment the sensitivity and accuracy of radars in the game for all SPAA and SAM systems is greatly reduced and degraded. (the capture mark wanders very much relative to the target itself)
This probably also applies to more or less modern aviation radars in the game.
You can see this at the range, take any SAM and capture an IL28 or B57, at a distance of ~10 km the capture will fail. Complete nonsense, considering the real sensitivity, range of the SAM radar and RCS of the aircraft.
I don’t think anything will change for air battles either, unless the map sizes are increased to a couple of hundred kilometers
