Nah it’s fine, PLAAF designations are pretty confusing sometimes.
In the J-11B timeline you have J-11B
J-11BH (For PLANAF naval aviation)
J-11BS (Two-seat J-11B)
J-11BG (Mid-life upgrade for J-11B, mainly featuring a new radar)
J-11BGH (Self-explanatory)
J-11D (Canceled)
Naval J-11Bs are slowly being transferred back into the Air Force as the PLANAF now solely wants to focus on Carrier operations in regards to its airwing.

tbh, Most people fall into the idea that since the US goes A = 1 seat, B = 2 seat etc I thought it might have been someone thinking the B was just a twin seat in general, I didnt see the S

Id say one optimal way to save the top tier soviet ARB is to give them the Azerbejian JF-17, just with a copy of the current JF weapons and a better engine, it will work better than the su27sm, trust!

The irony is the XF-2A would be a good premium/event/squadron vehicle.
At this point the tech tree needs the full fledged F-2 when the best Gen 4.5s like the EFT and Rafale are in already lol.
