Didn’t they also say that they had no real intentions of adding the R-77-1 currently?
It may not be needed. I think the first step is to just give soviets a top tier fighter with a better radar. Su-34 seems to be fine with them
They said the standard 77-1 is not much better :/ this leads me to believe there maybe a LARGE jump when it comes to Fox 3 missiles. I was always under the impression the 77-1 was on par with the 120C5…according to Gaijin not at all. So…what would be??? At that point the only Fox 3 option comparison would be 77M to 120D :/ but I mean this seems crazy 🤪
germany have low in number helicopters, why this is premium and also not here always
wish they add more helis to germany, a good subtree is a good option
this type of aircraft, old platform and modern weapon are great cool fun things in the game. (we already have two of them in the game at least, tornado and f-4f with aim-120), mig-23-98 is not here yet, i hope we see it soon in future updates.
A few helicopters remaining in Germany tt. Like rework KHT and H-145M. But yes subtree would be good.
they said this a little bit after the storm warning major update, soo… take in count that many things could change after the storm warning update seeing how the things are going now and how impactfull the introduction of the Typhoon and Rafale was, what am saying is not new, they change plans of what are they doing always and you guys should already know that soo… for me is not going to be a surprise the introduction of a possible R-73M/R-74 with the SU-30SM, the PL-8B with the J-10B or J-11B and even a F-16I Sufa with Python-4 since those are the last 4Gen IRs to be added before the 5gen ones.
They have said nothing regarding new weapons in the time since CM Disclosures 4, but to claim that they said they were for something in the article where they stated they were against is beyond unreasonable.
the things is that if they mentioned it is because they think about it and thats a fact, they evaluates all the stuff is happening since the storm warning update dont be surprised if after 3 month they changed their minds, soo… am not totally wrong when i said they have intentions of add this missile, maybe not at that time but in march who knows… just the time will tell what are their plans.
It’s premium because it is almost the same as the other two Bo 105s, but it carries I-TOWs, which have even less range than the HOTs.
Also, they don’t really need more helis and there are nations that have even fewer good helis.
The MiG-23-98 didn’t get far enough to be armed
It kinda contradicts itself, the R-77-1 would give the R-77 a sustainer motor
So R-77-1 vs AIM-120C-5/7?
It 's an AIM-120A/B counterpart as modelled currently. Closer to that performance than the ingame one, but not better than the AMRAAM.
EDIT: Though the lack of it 's availability ingame hasn’t had an impact on the toptier RU aircraft 's statistical performance.
I mean, can you really be sure about that when the PGZ09 is also 8.3?
SEPv3 will be more than enough of an improvement over the SEPv1 that it will help US top tier. Sure it won’t be a world beater MBT like the 2A7s/122s, but it will contest them far better than the current SEPv1.
It can’t be added, it didn’t exist. They mounted missiles on the aircraft that it could not use as a proof of concept/demonstration. There was no new radar installed, no new HMD, and no new radar missiles as was proposed for the upgrade that never occurred. It was essentially something that could be considered a mockup upgrade, and as such it can’t be added to the game ever.
Not with the turret ring weak spot. Like the CR2 the M1A2 is humped unless Gaijin actually fix the model
If it ever makes it out of CDK jail that placement would be great, along with the foldering of the BO’s
