IDK about floggers, but in theory China made a series of deals with USA. That includes the peace pearl aka J8II with F16A radar and selling of soviet doctrine equipment to US. Also there doubts on whether they should be added if they never entered service especially sth like MiG-21 which we have plenty of already. For example China does have a few MiG-23 and stuff, but can’t really be added.
