You can do this already, there’s some weapon skins on WT Live. Not many and mostly they are just upscaled skins but they do look better.
Sadly they don’t stay on the weapon once it is released from the aircraft but they still look cool and are definitely an improvement.
Also you can also change the skin for TGP’s.

@Smin1080p_WT question, will the Devs think about adding some vehicles to the testdrive to bring atleast some life into it? Because as now we have such an Big AF and yet no one is here we are completly alone…
While even just some placed vehicles gave it atleast some life

The missile has been set up in the same way as all others. With all available public information the developers can source.
If you believe it’s incorrect somehow in it’s capabilities, you can submit a report with your evidence for the devs to consider.

If they can carry their own ammunition onboard and fire w/ the crew embarked, consider them viable, but there 's no indications at present for any of the specific ones you’ve listed.
The Sd.Kfz 251/1 was briefly in the files in the last update 's devserver, but due to it 's armament it’ll likely be an AI-controlled target for the Air modes or WWM scenarios.
Could also be dual for Enlisted.
