For Italy honestly modified Tornado is the last thing I’m waiting for, there isn’t a lack of CAS at top tier. In terms of air, more WW2 stuff like Caproni planes or at least filling the hole in the Hungarian (Romanian?) line would be more welcomed, or Aermacchi jets, definitely not another Pornado…
Did the US need the M1A1 AIM? Did Germany need the C2 MEXAS or 2A4M? No, but they still got them.
The US needed a squadron vehicle, Germany got the 2A4M as it needed a 11.7 premium and the MEXAS was a event vehicle

So far the F/A-18 has been leaked only for US, Germany and Sweden. As I said, if Gaijin wants to add a new high tier plane to Britain it is much more likely to be from an official sub tree.

The fact you said the Mig-29 isn’t top tier is wrong and falsely claimed as 13.7 is the highest BR and 13.0 can see that BR so it’s top tier.
In that case, the Sea Harrier is Britain equivalent to the MiG-29, so why would they receive any more
