the austrian eurofighter can come as a premium without austria being a subtree though. If Austria would be introduced as a premium subtree to germany that would mean the removal of the austrian sk105 and sk60OE (or just a nation change for the sk105 to e.g. marocco)
So having DACH like nordic seems unlikely right now
the Austrian Eurofighters were once German ones
they have no BVR or strike capability so Idk if they’re even worth adding

I just meant it as there’d be a vehicle from each DACH nation in the tree

DACH kinda implies this though. Right now austria has no connection to germany. Austrian eurofighters could be added to britain or italy aswell

Austrian Typhoons are ex-Luftwaffe, so Germany has a much higher claim to them.
Was going for either Qatar or Saudi-Arabia for the joke, but I wasn’t sure which one would fit better.
But yeah one could go to the UK and the other to the US tree, would be really funny.
I mean Idk how I would feel about the US getting a Tpyhoon since they got there own massive pool.
But yea since they don’t have the need, don’t have a sub and already have demestic options.

It’s not about need, it’s about doing the funny and pissing off the really hard core british/german mains.
But I do agree. If the US ever gets a sub tree, and that is a really really big if, it’ll probably be another nation.
F-16E bl 60 and V bl 70, F-15E and EX, F/A-18C and E, F-22, and F-35A, B, and C, on top of all the prototype/experimental aircraft. Yeah, America has more than enough.
