Well, considering that there is almost nobody playing that, the static keeps that level is pretty normal, only some players with full experience will consider playing F9F-2 and 5

It’ll probably be a premium, and thus not get Fox-3s, though it not being stated to be premium on the leak list while others were gives me hope that it’ll be in the tech tree.
Well the leaklist did also say that not every premium was marked as such so who knows.
Noone is stopping them from adding FOX3 premiums tho. Theres no rule for that
Neither the F-20 nor MiG-21 Bison have Fox-3s, despite being capable of using them.

This is also true but… I would think they would have done that with the 21Bison already but they havent so it might be a while before we do get arh prems
Only Bison was capable and even then it doesnt exclude other stronger premiums from being added, or even squadron vehicles with fox3 being added

And before any German main starts most Saudi Tornado were sold by the RAF not the Lufwaffe or the Italian air force.
