I think gaijin is hinting the raptor after all

How would that even work? Do the lower decks even have enough space for the aircraft to take off?

Would have thought the same, wasnt Kaga build with many parts from Amagi after the project god abandond?

The first and second decs were supposed to be used by light biplanes, the third for landing and hevier planes. But when monoplanes apeard on cv’s it made this design obsolete and so they were remade to the one deck standard

bruh my eyes

Talking big sub caliber rounds …
Gaijin should consider adding the 155 mm T35E1 HVAP round for the T30 heavy … it’ll make that big boi even more terrifying
Also the T58, which is T30 on steroids … 155mm HEAT+HESH spammer

I play that game since official launch, and I am still 200 astounded
Daily reminder Gaijin is a Japanese word

japanese is fine, anime is the problem

Yeah I messed up the names in my head kaga is replacment of amagi
But I don’t think they reused parts from amagi on kaga beacouse amagi-class were battlecruisers, but tosa-class (love difrences in naming classes between english and japanes) were battleships

And hello fellow azur lane enjoyer

Close but not quite. Among the laid down ships cancelled by the Washington Treaty (four Amagi-class battlecruisers, two Kaga-class battleships, possibly two Kii-class battleships) two of the Amagis (Amagi and Akagi) were the most complete and best choice for conversion to aircraft carriers.

However, Amagi was irreparably damaged in the Great Kantō Earthquake of 1923 (it was really bad, some 150,000 people died) during her conversion; Kaga was selected to replace her, becoming a sort of “adopted sister” for Akagi.

Edit: Oh, you fixed the names, never mind. >.>

Its ok I just messed up
Anyway is it Tosa-class is the english name and Kaga-class is the japanes name if I am not mistaken

Well, that’s just English historians/authors/etc either not having access to proper sources (pre-internet research was harder, to be fair, but it’s also why one shouldn’t take things written in a book as fact) or simply not bothering to get it right. Which is unfortunately common.

Kaga being the name ship is what’s correct, even if “Tosa-class” is common in English material.

M163 owners when Soviets get an equivalent: “Whaa!”
That’s the rumor I heard. ;)

thank you for reminding me that there are only 2 nations ingame. Must be something wrong with me because I see more nations when I open warthunder

I thought that normal Shilka is equivalent to M163? Low caliber quick firing radar guided gun.
M2 is more of a equivalent to XM163 CS

How is this even an M163 equivalent. At least the M163 has a tracking radar iirc with a lead indicator.
