Nah, the 18C doesn’t really matters now, Germany is doing quite well on 11.7GRB, and the top tier jet fighters? already got used to it.

Thats not correct. The Swiss Hornet does not have, because Switzerland wanted it this way. Other countries do have A2G hardpoints on F-18C/D
