I mean same can be said about Germany lol they got the Mig29G just before the release of the Fox3s and it was with out a doubt the best mig29 defiantly compared to the Mig29SMT. hey on the bright side we should get the EFT before Germany has to wait 2 years like say Sweden or the UK

I made a report 4 months ago, but the vehicle has lacked this since it was added 3 years ago. Spookston made a report back then but nothing came of it.
more the fact its an American aircraft not a German one, it would either be at the same time or to America first, it would be like the gripen only going to the UK and sweden having to wait to get it

Britain and Italy received the Harrier 2 before the US did, at this point they are used to it.
If they give this F/A-18C the 10 AIM 120 loadout we should all riot.
The issue isnt that the US is Dominating top tier currently. Its that the US tech tree didnt have to be “rescued” by the introduction of a foreign jet, like how Germany has to be rescued now
This isn’t about historical introduction timelines. The Hornet is an american plane, so it should go to america first or at least at the same time

US made aircraft should come to the US the same time as it comes for any other nation. Adding an F/A-18 to Germany but keeping it from the country that literally built it is stupid. People will complain about it and they will be right to do so. People complained when the AV-8B Plus was added to Italy and only got added to the US nearly a year later, and people complained when the JAS39C was added to Great Britain and Italy before it got to Sweden.

the Harrier 2 was codeveloped and the British harrier 2 is far more different then the American one, I do think America should have gotten it when Italy did and I still don’t get why they didn’t

You took that statment from the Nicholas Drummond that was 3 years old.
Nicholas is well known to be against the idea of modernising and producing CR3 and is a huge fan of Leopard 2 procurement.
There are no definitive sources to say either way that CR3 will have the Perkins 1200hp power pack or the MTU/CAT 1500hp power pack.
And as the dev team never reveal sources we just have the usual “trust me bro”
The US drove the development for the Harrier 2 the British jumped on later and opted to not have the systems the US one does mainly the capacity for a RADAR.
