Thats false, considering the germans evaluated the demonstrator which had not implemented any of the major upgrades the F-20 would use, it was simply an F-5 with a new engine and avionics, and especially didnt have the AMRAAMs the german suggestion claimed
They also only evaluated it for a week, in a time when almost every country was looking at it due to Northrops marketing, in fact if i remember correctly there is an image of said F-20 in a different nations markings less than a month after the germans, so by that logic pretty much every nation in game can get the F-20 ( which they shouldnt)
