Answer : Gaijin don’t care about balance, exactly like the 2 Leclercs at rank VII are the only MBT ingame at 11.7 that don’t have APFSDS stock.

Bruh, thats dumb and specialy with that from my experience the Valtour being unable to do mutch havf of the time due to being slow and unable to avod stuff i am unsure if it is realy a point of getting it (Wether it is a premium or tt)

The apfsds is a tier 1 mod, its not that bad.

the manufacturer slapped the skyranger turret on everything they had avalible including a Leo1 and a Leo2 hull
