No, there really is not. South Korea has been denied a lot in the past, while an independent tree has been said to be at least considered.
That’s why from “Asia Pacific” I see only SEA (South East Asia) as possible. It was likely said this way to prevent giving too much information.
My guess is either ASEAN, or to be less overwhelming specifically Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
It likely just wasn’t a priority. Though in case you still mean Korea specifically, then yes.

Historical note
The “Project 58” ships were laid down as destroyers, but during their completion and arming, they became the first ships of the new to the Soviet Navy “missile cruiser” class. The “Project 58” cruisers were the first in the USSR to receive an anti-ship missile system. Tests of a new type of weapon on the lead ship of the series, the cruiser “Groznyy”, were attended by the General Secretary of the Party – Nikita Khrushchev. In total, four ships of the new class were built out of 16 planned, one each for each fleet of the Soviet Navy. Three of those built remained in service until the early 90’s, the last ship of the series was decommissioned in 2002.
It 's possible that we’ve already seen evidence of the Pr.58 here in WT though - along w/ the early Pr.56A destroyer 's, they used the basic S-125 while the navalized Volna-M variant was under development

yeah apfsds belt its gonna be restricted to just a few most probably but, the firerate its still there and would be cool to change from 200 to 1200 RPM
Or they’ll mix in some HE or SAP to dilute the belt

doubt it, it dosent use belt as a such, its feeding system its much like the MLG27 wich means its gonna be fixed by 2 specific feeds, AHEAD and apfsds or it can be 4 apfsds and 1 HE wich would be rather weird but considering its gaijin yeah
not sure on how will they do it with the belt feeding its gonna be weird, but one bad thing is the limited ammo capacity, afaik it only carries 252 ammunition and i havent found any proof of it carrying more in the hull
