I mean tbh, I can see them being added at some point.
I say this because look at Canadian boats and ships in the British naval tree.
British naval is a mixture of British, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand ships and boats.

The SARCs in general used some chassis components bought from Ford Canada and the Mk4F used a drive train from Ford Canada, as they had trouble getting the usual ones. So no, it’s not quite Canadian built.

Well I say the plane is no indication but I do hope Poland be our 11th nation, After this update is when they usually add new nations so if we don’t know by then there won’t be one for this year.
Though if you ask me I would advice you to get it now if you want it for the US as who knows it would return again.
