Decided to Talisman the SMT now during the sale, really hoping it gets it’s R77’s.
Well… That pretty much confirms it wont be getting it now :P
I mean if the UK needed to get stuff form a Commonweath nation that’s not ZA or UK.
Here is a sort list:
Canada
Australia
New Zealand
Not only do these three fit, they are the three that fit the most and would fight alongside the UK no matter what.
Like there are stories of New Zealand being ready to help the UK in the Falklands War. (I think that’s the right nation one of the more friendly commonwealth nations was itching to go). and if it escalated like that no doubt Canada and Australia would have been there too.
UAE isn’t out there as an option as they wanted to become part of the UK once but there are better options.

Yeah, NZ had a fully manned Frigate ready to go and join the taskforce if I recall correctly.
But yeah… There are SOOOOO many options better than India (a country that actively hates us at the moment if I remember correctly)
and even then. I still dont think Britain needs anything more than its own native used vehicles or those it exported.

Would be a complete waste of 2,2k GE if it doesn’t get the R77’s to me.
Since my RUS prem SU25K can’t grind rank 7+ I needed another jet to grind future Russian jets in. The SMT with 6 R77’s and it’s 180° radar would be super dope in sim.
