Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

yeah altough idk what happened to the RMK30 tbh but the wiesel could get it with a max ammo capacity of 200 rounds wich was the average it had ready

gaijin needs to fix that sooner or later because programmable ammunition is becoming more common due to the much lower cost and the threat of drones.

PUMA is already more than 2 years in warthunder and they did nothing.

Let me ask you a question.

Has gaijin ever lied before?

Any vehicle with only spikes has to be the most painful thing to play in game.

Stealth will be very good in GRB and especially in SIM, and yeah it won’t be as effective as in those modes in ARB but it will still help with survivability. Also that’s what makes me think we will see the F-117 way before stealth fighters

if they fixed them first yeah

at least it would probably get 6. Maybe with 6 spikes you could kill a tank. 2 on the Kf41 was so useless

thats not true…
its tue that there happend alot… but they fixed atleast the APFSDS weight of it

I meant with the AHEAD-ammo. They could at least make it a sort of he-vt shell or something.

AV-8B+ is more likely

Hold up, wait a minute, AHEAD is still not working?

yea
(its implemented as a HE-TF, which is it IRL…
but game wise it would be a HE-VT)

it explodes where you set the distance but not how it is supposed to work with a constant tracking of the target

I don’t see how this is relevant
The F-177 has RCS of 0.001 m^2, and from what I can find the 1.44 is similar, however the difference lies in armament. The F-117 only carries bombs, while the MiG would’ve carried R-73s, R-77s and quite possibly more I can’t think of. Do you not see the logic behind my words

It would reduce the effective range of radars. Early radar my not be able to pick it up at all, otherwise its detection and tracking range would be shorter. The spot distance should remain the same, it only affect radar.

wait do you also have to manually set thr range of the AHEAD like on a HETF?

yep…
thats what I wrote

So you still have to rangefind the aircraft manually, and the fuze setting still doesn’t update automatically as the aircraft moves closer/further?

That’s… not good

@patryk107 cant find anything related about it man might’ve been a confusion or something about it, my bad there

that’s horrible

at least a Laser Rangefinder could help with that
