Many sources state that, in SEPv2’s case (as well as A1 AIM’s and potentially late SEPs), hull KE reaches 590mm KE; but some consider those sources to be unreliable, even if they share the same estimates while being mutually independent, so eh. Best to keep investigating.
But it should always be taken into account that we are dealing with present day, active service, classified machines- it’s only natural that we aren’t going to find an official source giving a hard number.
