Make sure to add in dmv business days

use „warte“ instead

„Wart“ is a Person who’s Guarding or watching over something like in „Torwart“ which means Goal keeper

That’s weird, but okay, thanks.

oh and if you write wart instead of Wart then it means that you’re slowly walking through something where it’s hard to walk through like mud or tight shrubbery

The wonders (and sufferings) of homophones.

Yea that word is now banned which is a first for the RxR.

you chose German as a second language, you’ll encounter a lot more of those

I am aware, and technically, if you squint and look at it sideways, it’s my third language, since I studied Japanese for four years before German, however I have forgotten most of that now and only remember the basics.

Just wait until you learn a language that isn’t 50% your own language already!

I can start😈

After German, I’d like to learn either Irish or Finnish. Irish is Celtic, however still Indo-European, but Finnish is Uralic, and thus not Indo-European. Once I get to that point and decide which one to learn, I will know true pain.

Also, fun fact: English is 26% German, not 50%.

on a side note my cousin learned Dutch because he’s studying in Maastricht and now he’s mixing up German dutch and English into a weird mix that nobody fully understands
