To cover my previous suggestion of bringing Naval Helicopters to War Thunder, please see below:-

Introducing naval helicopters to War Thunder would add a new dimension to naval warfare. Let’s explore some potential options for each nation within the game:

  1. United States (USN):
  • Sikorsky SH-3 Sea King: A versatile anti-submarine warfare (ASW) helicopter with radar, sonar, and torpedoes.

  • Bell AH-1 Cobra: Adapted for naval use, it could provide close air support and anti-ship capabilities.

  1. Germany (Kriegsmarine):
  • Westland Lynx: A British-made helicopter used by the German Navy. It excels in ASW and anti-surface roles.

  • Eurocopter Tiger: A modern attack helicopter that could be adapted for naval operations.

  1. Soviet Union (VMF):
  • Kamov Ka-27: A workhorse for Soviet naval aviation. It performs ASW, search and rescue, and transport duties.

  • Mil Mi-24 Hind: A heavily armed gunship that could engage surface targets effectively.

  • Ka-52K "Katran": The Ka-52K “Katran” (Russian: Катран, ‘mud shark’), a navalised derivative of the Ka-52, has been selected as the new ship-borne attack type for the Russian Naval Aviation.

The radar changes aren’t good imo. I’ve slung almost 20 R-27ER’s this morning at solid locks, and watched every single one of them get lost or fail to close at the last minute. Really annoying.

Another Area that can be looked into is the utilisation of Troop Transport Vehicles and Logistic Vehicles, For Example :-

  1. Troop Transport Vehicles:
  • Trucks: These could be used to transport infantry units across the battlefield. They would be vulnerable to enemy fire but essential for capturing points and reinforcing positions.

  • Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs): These vehicles could carry troops safely and provide light armor protection. They’d be faster than trucks and could engage in combat if needed.

  • Half-tracks: Combining the mobility of trucks with some armor, half-tracks could transport troops while offering better survivability.

  1. Helicopter Troop Deployment:
  • Mi-24 Hind: The Mi-24 Hind could serve as a troop transport helicopter. Players could load infantry squads into the Hind and drop them off at strategic locations.

My final discussion for today would be the introduction of Dynamic Maps.

Creating dynamic and engaging maps in War Thunder that incorporate land, sea, and air elements can enhance gameplay and provide exciting scenarios.

Here’s some ideas I’ve come up with so let’s discuss these at length, here are some ideas for such maps:

  1. The Battle of the Strait:
  • Setting: A narrow strait between two islands, with rocky cliffs and shallow waters.

  • Features:

    • Naval: Battleships, destroyers, and PT boats engage in naval combat. Destroying enemy ships can open up new routes for ground forces.

    • Land: Coastal towns, bridges, and oil refineries are key objectives. Players can destroy these structures to alter the map dynamically.

    • Air: Dogfights over the strait and close air support for ground forces.

    • Dynamic Borders: As key structures are destroyed, the borders shift, altering spawn points and objectives.

    • Engineer Corps: Engineers can repair bridges, construct FOBs, and fortify positions.

    • Helicopters: Transport helicopters deploy FOBs and provide artillery support.

    • Terrain: Shallow waters can bog down tanks, requiring engineer assistance.

    • Weather: Storms and fog affect visibility and navigation.

  1. Operation Iron Curtain:
  • Setting: A post-WWII Eastern European theater.

  • Features:

    • Naval: Riverine gunboats and amphibious tanks fight along riverbanks.

    • Land: Border towns, industrial complexes, and MSR checkpoints. Destroying bridges or MSR checkpoints affects troop movement.

Remember, these are just concepts, and the actual implementation would require balancing and testing, instead of new vehicles every patch, i would strongly recommend that you focus on NEW gameplay avenues, working within the engines limitations of course.

I can’t tell Olivia guess AV-8S Matador from RTN maybe first event vehicle aircraft at rank 7 for japan in War Thunder’s New Event Cycle after battleship from germany SMS Baden or it might be researchable ?

Thailand is looking to be part of a collection of nations that might form a sub-TT for Japan. So could even be on the TT

It could also end up as tech tree, especially if they wanna make an air line sub tree for Japan, the AV-8S would instantly become the best 9.7 jet for Japan if it gets flairs
